You can only scan domains you’ve verified. Without verification, chifu would be a public DDoS tool.

Add a domain

Domains → Add domain, enter a hostname (example.com, no scheme or slashes), and click Add. The domain shows up as Pending.

Verify ownership

Expand the card and pick a method. If verification fails:

• DNS: check dig TXT _chifu.example.com. Some registrars append the zone twice — fix the host if so.
• File: confirm the URL works in an incognito tab and returns plain text.

Rotate the token

Regenerate token invalidates the current verification record. Use it if the old token leaked or was committed to a public repo.

Subdomains

A verified root unlocks Add subdomain. Subdomains inherit verification — you don’t have to verify each one. They show indented under the root card.

Delete

The trash icon on a domain card removes the domain and all its scans, findings, and schedules. There’s a confirmation; the action is irreversible.
